All Sales Final

All purchases from Grind Fitness are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order and agree to this policy.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at info@grindfitness.shop within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect. No return shipment is required. Once the damage is confirmed, we will dispatch a free replacement.

Grind Fitness reserves the right to assess damage claims and determine eligibility for replacement.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us at info@grindfitness.shop and we'll investigate and send a replacement.

European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To initiate, contact us at info@grindfitness.shop.
