All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Please note that Grind Fitness ships internationally, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Customs & Import

Some orders may pass through customs before reaching their final destination. This is a standard part of the international shipping process and can occasionally add a few extra days to delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to customs, carrier volume, or weather are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at info@grindfitness.shop and we'll make it right.
